Develop lesson plan for after-school and/or Saturdays.

Arrange with first school (in Dallas) to do program.

Use as "template" in expanding to other schools. (Expand through website/Internet)

Teach one area of calculus and one play/mth.

Overall strategy is not to make the kids experts, but to empower and encourage them in academics.

Calculus and Shakespeare are generally not taught until high school in even the best school systems, but younger kids are more than capable of learning the material based on my experience.
