Overview
The Children’s Advocacy Development Center, Inc. (CADC) proposes the development of a 30 bed residential program, which will consist of three levels of care. Upon entering CADC programming adolescents will first receive a comprehensive assessment to develop a service plan. The service plan will look at psychosocial needs, educational needs and a nutritional plan. CADC will have the staff physician look at any physical health issues, the psychiatrist look at any mental health issues, an individualized educational program and the recreational director will develop a regular activity plan. Case manager/Mentors will be identified to work with children at a ratio of 1 to 8. Residential Milieu staff will be available in the facility 24 hours a day at a ratio of 1 to 4 per shift.
